Listing fees are non-refundable

The £50 listing fee buys a 12-month advertisement. Your listing goes live as soon as your payment is confirmed, so the service starts immediately: by paying, you confirm you want the listing published straight away and you agree that the fee is non-refundable once the listing is live. This is standard for advertising — like any advert in a paper or on another website, the fee is not refundable simply because you change your mind, decide not to let the room, or let it through another channel.

If a listing is removed by us for a breach of these Terms (for example a fake or misleading advert), the fee is also non-refundable.

The exception

The only case in which the fee is refunded in full is when payment is taken but the listing cannot go live or stay live for reasons on our side — for example a technical fault with the site. In that case email us at zegrean@aol.com with the email address you paid with and the listing title, and we will refund the fee to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
